Q: Do you offer complete installation services?

A: Yes. We have in-house fire and fireplace installers to fit woodburning, multi-fuel stoves, gas, and electric fires, fireplaces and suites. We ensure we make good on all jobs and our workmanship is guaranteed.

Q: Can I have a fire installed if I don’t have a chimney?

A: Yes. We can install a flue to exit from an outside wall of your property.

Q: Can you undertake a service on my stove?

A: Yes. We service and supply parts for many of the top available brands. For older stoves, where the parts may not be available, we can provide bespoke parts, such as glass and fire bricks.

Q: What kind of fire can I have?

A: You have many options, depending on where you would like it to be installed and what kind, if any existing chimney or flue you presently have. Remember, you don’t require a chimney to have a fire or fireplace installed.

Q: What kinds of products do you provide?

A: We supply and fit contemporary and traditional wood burning, multi-fuel, inset, gas and electric stoves. We also have a wide range of gas fires, and electric fires, together with a stunning selection of fireplaces and surrounds, and fireplace accessories.

Q: I have a fireplace that has been bricked up. Can you help?

A: Of course. We can open up old fireplaces and give you a range of options as to the finished result.

Q: Do you install boiler stoves?

A: No. We are however more than happy to supply these. You would, however, require a HETAS-registered plumber to install.

Q: Do you service electric fires or carry out wiring work in order to fit them?

A: No. We recommend you contact a qualified electrician for such services.

Q: Do I need a liner to install my fire?

A: All gas installations will require a liner as will all class 1 chimneys.

Q: Can I have a fire installed if my house has a thatched roof?

A: We can install in some properties of this type, but not all. Call us to arrange a survey.
